Philip Farruggio continues as my co-host for the first half hour with something different every week.
The first week of July 2019 was the first first-week show without Mickey Z. Karen Kwiatkowski has moved from Week 4 to Week 1 so we still have a very strong lineup.
I opened with Born in the USA, and then Philip interviewed special guest Paul Edwards.
In the second segment we had Frank Cordaro and Karen Kwiatkowski.
In the third segment, we had Azzurra Crispino.
In the final segment we had Philip’s column, “It’s the Empire, Stupid,” followed by Ava Bird, and we closed with The News from Mount Liberty.
Ava Bird
