Oct. 26, 2017, with guests Julius Awafong, Rachel Finley, Karen Kwiatkowski, Philip Farruggio, Frank Cordaro

In tonight’s show we heard about real patriots and real heroes from Phil as he opened the show as usual. Frank filled us in on the World Food Prize protest in Des Moines and informed us that Jess and Ruby are still missing. Karen talked about masks, the masks coming off the government. Julius told us more about the serious situation in Cameroon and wondered out loud about the nature of government and the motives involved. We loved Rachel’s poetry and we began the story of Johnny Moon as he struggles through life as a third-grader, beginning his day on Friday, Nov. 22, 1963.
